  Starting off we knew little about gold and diamonds but Jenny was super helpful and friendly. The hospitality that she showed us made us feel welcomed and well informed. The final product came out to be amazing and beautiful, we would like to give a huge thank you to Jenny who walked us through this exciting process. Easy 5stars !!

  Wonderful Easy Experience. Can’t recommend Jenny enough! Friendly, patient and very professional.
  
  If you’re extremely meticulous with high attention to detail and precise requirements, then this is the place you need to go! Or even if you wanted to come in for a browse to get ideas, do it! They are very welcoming and will serve you. Not your typical snobby jewellery store!
  
  Jen worked really hard with me to find my perfect diamond. I got an Elongated Radiant diamond with a 1.40 ratio, long pavilion cut, D colour, 3 x Excellent and none fluorescent for an amazing price! (And a bunch of other things and services because the craftsmanship is zero to none here)
  
  Will be back for my wedding band.

  I would like to give a big shout out to Jenny for helping me find the perfect engagement ring. Jenny was very knowledgeable and patient through out my journey. I couldn't have asked for a better person to guide me through the whole process. She was so helpful and had taught me to much. I would definitely recommend Jenny to all my friends.

  Jenny was very helpful. Off the bat I felt very comfortable talking to her over email (my preference). The ring is customised and very well made. I was updated throughout the process which I appreciated so much. I am very satisfied from the initial contact right through the delivery.

  We had a diamond ring custom made by Just Gold Jewellery and had some modifications made to 2 other diamond rings. The service we received was just fantastic. Jenny took very good care of us from first consultation right through to the collection of the completed rings. Her communication and advice throughout was excellent. We were so pleased with the final result and would have no hesitation in highly recommending Jenny at Just Gold Jewellers for any jewellery needs, particularly custom made pieces.
